Egyptian strawberry fills the European supply gap between Spanish windows — December through February, exactly when EU domestic production is at its lowest. Fruit is sun-ripened, vibrantly red, grown under integrated crop management, and largely field-packed before transfer to BRC-food certified pre-cooling and cold-store facilities. Air shipment is standard for premium retail; sea reefer for volume. Strawberry purée is available on a sub-contracted basis on request, allowing retail and processing buyers to source fresh and processed under a single relationship.
