Egyptian red onion is cured to international standard before packing — a step that reduces moisture, hardens the outer skin, and extends shelf life through long sea-freight programs. Four size grades cover the full demand pyramid: 40/60 mm for retail mesh bags, 50/70 mm and 70/90 mm for wholesale, and 90/120 mm for processing or food-service. Pack flexibility runs from 10 kg consumer mesh bags to 1,250 kg jumbo bags. Container capacity is 25–28 tons per 40-ft.
